Classes

If you're looking to buy a membership, we invite you to visit us in the studio! However, if you prefer to purchase class passes or an individual class, you can easily do so online via our website or through the MindBody app.

  • MOVE

    MOVE is a traditional Reformer Pilates class designed specifically for beginners and those looking for slower-paced movement. The exercises in this class focus on strength building, mobility, and mind/body connection. *This class is required to move on to higher-level reformer classes

  • ELEVATE

    ELEVATE is an intermediate class that utilizes additional equipment such as light weights, resistance bands, the jump board, and more. This is a full-body flow experience at a quicker but controlled pace. This class is designed for those that are comfortable and confident on the reformer.

  • HIIT

    HIIT combines the foundations of reformer Pilates with high intensity interval training, elevating your heart rate while giving you a full-body fix.

  • JUMP

    JUMP is a low-impact workout designed to build strength, endurance, coordination, and core stability through dynamic jumping sequences with traditional reformer exercises and additional Pilates props. Expect a full-body experience that will leave you feeling stronger, energized, and balanced all while being gentle on the joints.

  • BURN

    BURN combines floor and reformer work, focusing on increased weight and resistance training with a contemporary twist.

  • SCULPT

    SCULPT is a 45-minute hot mat class focused on building core strength, mobility, flexibility, and muscular endurance. Sculpt combines Yoga foundations, intentional movement, and beat-based sequences for high-intensity full-body burnout. Ending in a well-earned Shavasana, expect to leave feeling stronger, longer, and more conntected.

  • BUILD

    BUILD is a 45-minute strength training class focused on developing foundational strength and performance by isolating muscle groups. These full-body workouts combine heavier weights and slower, more controlled movement. Build will improve your endurance, recovery, and overall athletic performance while leaving you feeling strong, empowered, and energized.

Studio Policies

All clients are required to wear grip socks while using the reformer. Grip socks are available to purchase in studio or you can rent for $5.

Sock Policy


 For safety reasons, the studio will be locked 5 minutes after the class has started. If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, you will be marked as a no show.

5-Minute Policy


Late Cancellation & No Show


 8 hours in advance for classes before 7 am. 4 hours in advance for all other classes. Fee of $10.
No show will result in a fee of $15. 

 Please note that all clients will attend classes at their own risk. Studio Seven will not be liable for any injuries sustained in the studio. 

Injury & Liability


Mats are required for all mat classes. Clients are encouraged to bring their own. Mats are available to rent in studio for $7.

Mat Policy


Private Session or Group Class Cancellation Policy


24 hours notice. Late cancellation fee is 50% of session.
2 hours or less is 100% of session.

New Client Intro Offers


$5 drop-in for your first mat class or $10 drop-in for your first reformer class.
New Client Intro Offer #1: 3 class pack (any class) is $25. Valid for 2 months.
New Client Intro Offer #2: 2 week unlimited for $45. Starts on first day of booking.

Each class package is valid for up to 6 months. Classes not used within that time frame will expire.

Unlimited Memberships


Members with an unlimited membership may use 1 guest pass per month for new clients only.

Please refrain from talking on your cell phone in the studio rooms. If you need to make a phone call, please step into the hallway.
