Our variety of classes makes it possible for everyone, regardless of age and fitness level, to experience the benefits of Reformer Pilates. Our Classes

  • MOVE

    MOVE is a traditional Reformer Pilates class designed specifically for beginners and those looking for slower-paced movement. The exercises in this class focus on strength building, mobility, and mind/body connection. *This class is required to move on to higher-level reformer classes.

  • ELEVATE

    ELEVATE is an intermediate class that utilizes additional equipment such as light weights, resistance bands, the jump board, and more. This is a full-body flow experience at a quicker but controlled pace. This class is designed for those that are comfortable and confident on the reformer.

  • HIIT

    HIIT combines the foundations of reformer Pilates with high intensity interval training, elevating your heart rate while giving you a full-body fix.

  • JUMP

    JUMP is a low-impact workout designed to build strength, endurance, coordination, and core stability through dynamic jumping sequences with traditional reformer exercises and additional Pilates props. Expect a full-body experience that will leave you feeling stronger, energized, and balanced all while being gentle on the joints.

  • BURN

    BURN combines mat Pilates and reformer work, focusing on increased weight and resistance training with a contemporary twist.

  • SCULPT

    SCULPT is a 45-minute hot mat class focused on building core strength, mobility, flexibility, and muscular endurance. SCULPT combined Yoga foundations, intentional movement, and beat-based sequences for a high-intensity full-body burnout. Ending with a well-earned Shavasana, expect to leave feeling stronger, longer, and more connected.

  • BUILD

    BUILD is a 45-minute strength training class focused on developing foundational strength and performance by isolating muscle groups. These full-body workouts combine heavier weights and slower, more controlled movement. Build will improve your endurance, recovery, and overall athletic performance while leaving you feeling strong, empowered, and energized.
